Ashish Kumar – Vice President
Ashish Kumar is Chairman and CEO of Talencea Corporation. He founded the company in 2010 with a vision to automate the hiring process using Artificial Intelligence. He has over 25 years of industry experience in management and sales as well as applying new technologies with a focus on improving business processes. Mr. Kumar has held a variety of roles at IBM including Global Sales Executive, Principal for the Americas Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, and regional Principal revenue and P&L responsibility. Earlier in his career, he worked for start-up companies in a variety of roles from technology development to management. He is passionate about improving the K-12 education system. He holds a B.S. and M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
Robert Gladden – Treasurer
Seasoned and diversified leader with a broad perspective of Healthcare gained through experience with health plans, health systems, consulting firms and management companies.
Strong passion toward creative and innovative advanced analytic solutions that can breathe new insights into an organization through ‘telling the story’ of analytic discoveries, then translating the findings into actions that can be embedded into operations.
Licensed clinical social worker. Professionally providing social services including behavior health, counseling, mentoring, health coaching, etc. Experienced in working with youth, families and groups in all domains. Familiarity with behavior health system as a direct service provider and have been involved with the administrative aspects as service delivery as well. Passionate in assisting distressed populations to receive the care and support needed to gain a higher level of health and wellness.
Roger Hartung is the Chief Information Officer and a Principal at IKM Incorporated, an Architecture firm with over 70 employees. Mr. Hartung is responsible for design, management, administration, and production of large capital and sophisticated projects. His specialties include Healthcare Planning and Design as well as Research Laboratory Planning and Design. Mr. Hartung received his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 1986. He is a Licensed Architect in six states, holds a National Council of Registration Boards Certificate, and is a member of both the Pittsburgh and West Virginia Chapters of the American Institute of Architects.
