Urban Pathways K-5 College Charter School is a public charter school. Urban Pathways does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, ethnic origin, intellectual ability or disability, or athletic ability. Residents of the City of Pittsburgh and Mt. Oliver will be given first preference. Students residing outside of the city will be enrolled only if space remains. If more students apply than slots are available, spaces will be filled by lottery on April 1 of the current year. Once the lottery list is exhausted, students are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Pittsburgh Public Schools students have first priority. Urban Pathways enrolls students entering grades K-5 as space permits.
